Dan Hancock
Biography
Dan is the Director of Corporate Services, responsible for the organisation's finance and governance functions.
Dan's previous role was at NHS England as Finance Director for the New Hospital Programme, one of the UK's largest and most complex infrastructure and transformation programmes with a total portfolio of £60bn. Before that, he held senior finance and policy roles at the Department of Health and Social Care and the Home Office, where he led on financial planning and strategy, including coordinating the Department's Spending Review work.
After 13 years living and working in London, Dan has returned to the north-east to be closer to family, and football, where he lives with his wife and two children
